Vumatel poor service to their ISPs

Our ISP has been unable to get Vumatel to activate our fibre line for 7 days now. They have been very helpful with keeping us informed and updated but unfortunately Vumatel is holding their servicesnup due to poor support on Vuma's side. If I had the choice I would never use Vumatel again unfortunately they are the only fibre provider in my area.
