Vumatel poor service to my community

My WIFI has not been working for the past 3 weeks and we have been trying to get sameone to come and fix it but it story after story. Email after email. And it been paid for but I can't seem to use that so my money has gone to waste for this month cause they are not helping us.. I just wonder how many people in my area are having the same problem like me. Maybe Vuma must leave so that other firbe people can come and services my community. I have spend money on data that I shouldn't have cause I waiting for Vuma to send a tech guy to come fix my wifi my school is behind cause you it study it that fair no.
