Vumatel poor service delivery. Poor assistance.

On the 22 july 2022 I ordered fiber from vumatel via web Africa. It was special that they were running which you pay R19 the first month and then R399 thereafter on a month to month basis. I ordered and they told me I already have a line installed. Which is not true. They the checked that it was my neighbour's who resides in 5 Donalen place Phoenix who had my adress 4 donalen place on the system against her name. These guys just gave me and my neighbor the run around to sort this out. Eventually they told my neibour to cancell her order and then I can order. When I ordered last week they sent me a payment link which I paid R399 instead of R19 for the first month which was the special. So no discount was offered. They then sent me an email that I am connected and game me my username and password. I have no installation and obviously can't connect. Just for me to know that they reconnected the neighbor with my payment. No one is trying to assist me. The service is pathetic. They just passion the problem from one person to the other. I have asked for a refund but they insist they are resolving and someone will install. I just need my money back. I am paying for something that I have no access to. This is rwall disappointing and frustrating as I can not get my money back and from the 22nd of July I am still in a predicament. There is no senior people who can help you. They just ask you to go on the watsapp bot. Please if anyone can assist me.
