Vumatel poor service delivery

I would like to give a terrible review to vumatel in kempton park. I have app**** for a fibre line after they have installed the fibre cables in our area and it has been 2 months now waiting for them to install my fibre. They say that when they installed the cables in the roads they skipped my house. Now they cant tell me what the turn around time is to install the cable in the road by my house. After numerous calls and complaints nothing has happend it is now almost 3 months. And i cant go to another fibre company as vumatel is the only fibre company that lays the fibre cables in the road. Even the company that i work with that is the middle man between me and vumatel, they have already recieved the router for the fibre a week after i app**** for a fibre line. Now they are also stuck as no one can complete the instalation at my house without the fibre cables. reference number for Vumatel.- VT-1***
