Vumatel poor service delivery.

We have been without internet for over a month and been passed from pillar to post trying to try get it sorted. Countless amounts have been spent on calls and data for alternate means of internet. My husband needs internet to run his business. VOX and Vumatel have just passed the blame from one to the other every time and nothing is actually done about it. The amount of money we have spent and lost due to no internet is ridiculous. We are left seeking alternative service providers to provide what we are paying VOX for. We will not recommend either of these companies to anyone. When we recently rated vumatel as a 1 on a survey they sent us, they called to ask why we had rated them a 1. When we were explaining the situation, the call cut and they never got back to us.
