Vumatel Poor Service Delivery

Now the second review on this platform and Vumatel continue to provide false information with yet no deliverable!

As previously mentioned and discussed with Vumatel telephonic consultants, we still wait for a box installation at our offices. Along with 3 other tenants. This going on for 4 weeks and 3 supposed installation dates later.

Hopeless! and by posting on this platform seems to be the only method that results in activity from Vumatel, or a returned phone call at the most.
