Vumatel poor service
My fibre has been off since 15th December. I called vumatel today and they say there is nothing they can do and that they are working on it. This has been happening quite often recently.

20 Dec 2024, 17:45Vumatel still has not resolved my issue. My internet has been down since the 15th of December. We paying for a service and they don't care. They would not even refund you. I guess they living up to the benchmark of our country.
