Vumatel poor service

Absolutely useless and very poor service. We moved one apartment from where we stayed and have been waiting more than 30 days for a relocation technician to be assigned. Once assigned, installation done, but service not active and after numerous calls at our costs for more than 2 days, promises, but still no resolution! !
