VUMATEL poor service and lack of communication

Vumatel fibre link is down since early hours on 01 July for all users in Glenwood Lodge complex, situated in Oewer Street, Glen Marais in Kempton Park. Besides the fact that we cannot contact Vumatel directly, there are no updates from our ISP’s either so we are completely in the dark. Can someone from Vumatel Management follow up and provide feedback to all of us as not everyone uses Twiter which we learned is the only way to communicate with them? This situation is unacceptable and if I knew in advance Vumatel support will be non-existing, I would not engage with them whatsoever. Very, very poor service and disappointing treatment of users who pay good money just to get supposedly decent internet connection
