Vumatel poor service

Poor service via vodacom.. I've been waiting more than a week after vodacom has requested vumatel to release my ont so that i may move to a different ISP with no feedback and no results. Contact the ISp, Vodacom says they have escalated it to vumatel, Vumatel's customer care not functioning from April 2021 so contact your ISP. Poor service. Next step Consumer board.
