Vumatel Poor Service
Internet Down, no reason, call center can't help all they say is area outage but can confirm when will be resolved, 2 days and counting highly fustrating with no resolve, using costly mobile data.

09 Oct 2023, 11:38Incorrect, I called Mweb now they said the ticket has been closed, but I am still having the same issue, 3 days with no internet and they taking 3 days to fix the issue? Why doesnt these issues occur when it's billing time? Never seems to be an issue, cause now we using own data and holding on 30mins for mweb only to hear we can't help, please advise where they working cause no one else has this issue I would like to ask them for help as we are now desperate.
