Vumatel Poor Service

Vumatel had previously stated that they had sent me a message privately in their response to my review. Well, they ****. I'm still awaiting the personal response and of course tomorrow my account will be billed by Vumatel and I'll still be waiting for their response as well as the pro rata refund that they had previously promised.
