Vumatel poor service

After finally getting Vumatel to my house to put in the Fibre Cable the technician mentions that the pole isn't live and someone will be there within the hour to sort it out. They did not arrive. I called Vumatel twice and both times the people answering the phone didn't even know what to do. Their literal words! I Asked them to put me through to a manager and they said she was away. They promised to get someone to call me and obviously no one did. Now I am sitting without internet and nobody at the company who installs Fibre can tell me what I need to do.
