Vumatel POOR Service

Its the most useless unacceptable service I have ever received n my entire career. I have placed an order through my ISP RSAWEB 5 weeks ago for fiber to be installed and still not done. I have not received a contact person to speak to, I have been called by the supposed installers and then blocked. I have escalated the matter, I have been in email conversations for about 2 weeks and still pending order Order Reference VC-*** I will NEVER recommend Vumatel to ANYONE out there.
