Vumatel poor service
My Vumatel fibre has been down since Sunday 1 December 2024 till now 5 December 2024.Ive phoned Vodacom also every single day with different stories every time. Apparently my account is disconnected on Vumatel side.They have no help line to speak to them to sort the problem.How is it possible that in 5 days there is no solution. But come month end they expecting the full payment on the account. I've never seen service so pathetic. This is also not the first time it is happening. You are forced to use Vumatel fibre because it is in the area.Isnt it maybe beter to move over to LTE internet or is there maybe a better solution

My wife received a email also today that a technician will sort it out.This day also almost over and still no solution.I think it's is best for me to go to vodacom and cancel the package. My contract is actually ready for renewal but there is no ways I'll renew it.Ill rather go to another service provider.This is also not the first time this happens that my wifi isn't connecting.The previous time was over a week before it was fixed. And what i don't understand is it is happening always over December month.Ill make sure to go to all social media platforms with this.Its quickly to debit the monthl subscription out my account but for sure not quick to fix a problem.And for sure I'll mail Vodacom also regarding this because surely they going to loose alot of customers.Someone staying around the corner from me also got exactly the same problem with Vumatel. Everyone else using different service suppliers got no connection problem.And yes Vumatel i know for sure you will reply to this.But no work will be done after your reply to sort the problem
