Vumatel poor service - 11th day with no fibre and no contact from Vumatel

Today is my 11th day without a Fibre Line! :( :( I have logged the issue (Loss of Signal) with MWEB (My ISP) on the 23rd Oct, and have still not heard from Vumatel
