Vumatel Poor, Poor Service!!!!!!!!
The worst ISP ever. Logged 6 tickets already and now no one can find the tickets. 6 Days with no Fiber with kids writing exams. Spend two hours on the phone to do fault finding and nothing was resolved. Poor, Unprofessional Service. I will be canceling 5 Cellphone Contracts and my Fiber Line with Vodacom.

15 Nov 2022, 21:03Bull. This problem is now going since 11 November 2022. The worst service provider ever. The staff is in experienced and Liers. Promises made to give call backs which never happened. Tickets Logged with no reference numbers. An overall poor team and a bunch of Liers. I will be cancelling all my and my staffs services with the poorly managed company like Vodacom/ Vumatel
