VUMATEL Poor Pathetic Service ❗️❗️❗️❗️

Vumatel still poor pathetic service

Day four here we still going with no wifi connection had numerous calls from Vumatel and Vodacom. Two supposed to be professional big companies but not 1 can sort the problem. Vumatel better get back to me with a solution to credit my account for the whole year when i had problems for weeks or maybe months with my wife.Vumal even sends me a survey to fill in stating that our problem was resolved. How pathetic. Not 1 technician came to my house to have a look.I need answers and very quickly as this happens often and my wifi doesn't work for weeks.Every time Vumatel is blaming vodacom and vodacom blaming vumatel.My children is doing home schooling and busy with the final exams i must buy them every day data to study and write there exams
