Vumatel poor customer service

I have been trying to sort my fibre out for more than a month now with no luck, they keep making excuses as to why my line is not working and that they will sort it out, their customer services consultants have no knowledge as everytime I call in they give me different stories as to what the issue is. They fast to put in the connections but once your line is in, they dont assist you.
