Vumatel poor customer service

Vumatel has the worse customer service .it takes up to 3 months for installation they installed my box in January up to now still nothing . .every time I call them they promise to fix it in 24hrs and no one ever shows up to sort it out what kind of service is this installing non working boxes and stories all the time . That they just need to provision the splicing up now nothing . I really want their managers to call me and solve this .I'm really tired
