Vumatel poor .....
So poor!!!!... We are struggling to get someone keeping their word and getting back to us. A Manager was suppose to call us.... and just never gets back to us.... Installation has been done halfway and now nobody assists further. But the sales team has phoned 5 times to hear when they can install, and installation was already done halfway last week... Which worries me as it looks like the left hand is not knowing what the right hand is doing. Really unhappy with this service, if we start off like this - where is it going to end.
