Vumatel PON configuration waiting time

Vumatel PON light blinking and was supposed to take 6hours to be configured. We on 8 now when I call them ypu hold for 30min plus and no answer when I call the technician he says he did the installation and nothing else he can't do nothing else. All of this after I placed an order waited 2 week and got no reply.
