Vumatel poles and bees

I have logged a complain with Vuma tel via face book, calls and emails... I logged a call since the 10th of December.. The Vuma poles are attracting bees and it becomes dangerous to us and our kids.. It's the 27th of December and still no help or feedback from Vuma.

We once had this problem 2023 and they sent bee experts to come and help us, bees are back and no help this time
