Vumatel Pole not getting fixed and their pole laying in the street.

I reported a collapsed Vumatel pole on Hello Peter on the 9th of April and 20th of May. 1st Time Vumatel logged a call with City Power say they cannot fix it as the City Power line is laying on top of the Vumatel line. City Power must come out and fix their line 1st. There was no further follow up from Vumatel. When I logged a 2nd Hello Peter complainte Vumatel came out on the 20th and confirmed that their pole is broken and they need to replace it. The said the will come out the next day to fix it. It's a week later and they still did not come and fix it. Despite me saying on various occasions that we have our ropes attached to this pole to our palisades and we will be removing the ropes, Vumatel has not come out to fix the pole. We removed the ropes this morning and the pole is laying in the street. I am now removing myself from this situation despite various requests for this to be fixed. If the line breaks it is not my responsibility. I tried.
