Vumatel, please send technician over for a serious check-up on CPE unit

We having fiber problems for the past 3 weeks.

Cool Ideas is our service provider and they have been helping us to escalate the issue.

The issue was having no internet at certain hour, 5 - 6 times a day (Eg. Every hour from 03 - 20 for example, 08:01 - 08:20, 12:03 - 12:23) for everyday and for the past 3 weeks.

The CPE unit power light was flashing, FX light and LAN light are constantly on no flashing.

So Cool Idea told us it is Vumatel issue and will escalate.

The technicians only on site after 2 weeks communicated with Cool Ideas. When the technicians on site, they replaced an unit call SFP Transmitter.

And the result is..... WORSE connection than they replace the SFP unit before ! We have no internet or minimal connection for at least 2 hours.

I have informed the issue with our service provider again and can only wait again.

I really hope Vumatel will come to check the CPE unit, as I am thinking it is aged because it was the first batch when they install fiber in our area (my neighbor have ZERO problem with their Vumatel line, only us).
