Vumatel phatetic service and helpline services not picking up two days now

My internet has been offline for almost two days now. I Have been trying to contact Vumatel with no success for almost 2 days . Myself and partner work from home and we now have to buy prepared data for work while we pay monthly fibre with supersonic . We also stream TV and nothing is working .The service is pathetic and terrible
