VUMATEL pathetic service

We have no service from Monday, the only way to contact them is on a wats app line. The consultants are most unhelpful. I have to chatted to over 5 consultants and each one of them gave me a different reason as to why we have no internet connection but not one helped me to get connected. The consultant Aluwani did not even bother when I said the service is so poor and that I am going to cancel, he transferred me to cancellation department immediately but could not assist me by letting me know why we got no service.Please never ever get VUMATEL.
