VUMATEL - pathetic service

VUMATEL service is shocking, my ISP has been trying to get them to update their system to reflect that i have never had any form of installation or fiber activated at my house.... this has been going on now for 4 weeks with no feedback or pro activeness from VUMATEL. i just want to get fiber and get going but this cannot happen until someone competent at VUMATEL can action what needs to be done.
