Vumatel pathetic service.

Absolutely pathetic. Have been logging complaints for two weeks via Vox fibre. They closed the ticket without consulting me whether we have a stable connection or not. Our in internet is on and off on a permenant basis. Currently we are without wifi for 24 hours and no one seems to care, no response whatsoever. Communication between Vox and Vumatel seems to be non existent. Absolutely pathethic service.
