Vumatel pathetic service

Vumatel has taken payment from me Never came on the appointment date for installation Once they came the week after they installed a router it's been flashing red and not working till today that's almost a full month I see vehicles doing there installations in the area and vehicles checking there boxes but none of them can tell u wts wrong and when it will be fixed and working ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE to NEW CUSTOMERS
