Vumatel pathetic service

Vumatel customer care is non exist ant. Spoke to a manager Nico in the call centre, that hid behind sla's. I work from home and has already lost a days salary due to equipment failure. I asked to speak to manager above him and was told they don't take calls. They have a manopoly on the equipment in the area that I live and we have no other options.
