VUMATEL pathetic service

The 1 star that I have rated for this company isnt even good enough for the pathetic service I've been receiving. I have an account with MWEB but they deal with Vumatel in our area which is Bonteheuwel. I've been a client 9f them for 2 weeks now and almost every day I have to call them as they do not resolve the issue at hand. I was and still am unhappy and totally frustrated with the installation of my new fibre box. Firstly it was installed scew on a blue feature wall and it looks like it was just plonked onto the wall without any interest of doing a good job. I've been complaining about this since last Wednesday. I received an email confirmation to advise me there arrival at my house at 17h00 but no one pitch. No correspondence to appologise for not coming out. I received an email later that evening also an appointment confirmation for 2pm on the 10th. They arrived at 1pm no call to say they will come earlier and also unprepared again no drill so they couldnt do what was supposed to be done. I called MWEB this morning as you cannot reach VUMATEL in anyway. I was informed by the agent that my ticket was resolved. I am currently furious with this company VUMATEL.
