Vumatel Pathetic Service

I have not had internet access from 10 May 2023 todate. The excuse is that there is an outage in the area. I work from home but it seems like they do not care that this is my livelyhood as a single parent, the monthly fees were taken by them with pleasure but no service whatsoever. I cannot get through to them telephonically cause they are apparently too busy to take my call. .
