Vumatel Pathetic Service

Vumatel offers the worst service ever, firstly the only lines that gets answered are the sales division but when it comes to support need they are pathetic. I have been down since Sunday and everyday i get told the ticket is assigned until last night when i called, i get told that my ticket is closed yet my problem has not been solved, and then they lie onto of it saying they contacted but funny enough no call came through on any of my numbers...If there were other service providers for fibre in my area i would switch instantly because what I've received from Vumatel it is shocking....#PATHETIC #SERVICE #VUMATEL
