Vumatel pathetic service

Vumatel service is really bad,my fiber line is not working for seven days now and every time I call they say a technician is on the way but he’s sent out only in the evening when it’s about to get dark so then nothing gets resolved and this is happening for the past 3 days , they don’t even communicate amongst themselves, when you call in the customer centre they cannot even give you updates on the progress.
