Vumatel pathetic

Absolutely pathetic company. Zero assistance to clients. Just collect premiums and leav clients without service or even proper channels to request service. Phone lines is faulty and their WhatsApp consultants push you from one person to the next refusing to escalate to management even after begging for escalation. 4 weeks ans still no service. Complaints and crying but still no one cares. All chamnels have been utilised. No care at all.
