VUMATEL-PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE ABD SATISFACTION

VUMA is the worst. From customer service to inexperienced staff, technicians and even managers. I decided to request my fibre through them. They took payment oh so efficiently and scheduled installation upon the first installation appointment their technicians told me they do not have enough cable and parts and left they promised to be back the following day and never showed up. After a month of contacting managers and sending many emails they scheduled me again. Their technicians came out and said that their team did not install an access point so they cannot install. They tried contacting their manager and said they would come back and never did. They still owe me a refund. To date there has been no apology and their managers ignore my emails. By far the most pathetic company ever dealt with. I ended up using another service provider who was efficient and installed after a day. They kept me informed without me even asking. Such a shame that VUMATEL walks the streets promoting such poor service. DO NOT USE THEM
