Vumatel - Pathetic customer service
I can't understand how this company is still in business with this horrific and putrid customer service. I have been battling with a refund query for over a month. Supp**** them with proof of double debits since March 2022 until June 2022. All feedback I ever receive is that this is being investigated with no specific timelines or SLAs in place. Now they have completely ignored/ghosted me with no feedback at all. I am at my witts end.

Last confirmation from YOUR agent was that the refund request is with Payfast and that she will advise on feedback. Which I am yet to receive. Stop pushing the blame and giving me the run around.
