Vumatel Pathetic Customer Service

I have never in this life time experienced such pathetic customer service. When we have to make payment we need to run after them for 6 DAYS. Eventually they allow you to make payment their WiFi works for 3 hours then it STOPS working. They take us from pillar to post putting ya on the line for 2 hours. Afrihost is their internet service provider what a sham of a business. I wouldn’t refer anyone to join Vumatel.
