Vumatel Pathetic !
Hi I have recently changed ISP s My Fibre Box is from Vumatel, which has proven to be totally unnattentive and impossible to get hold of , Fibre was working until old ISP cancelled the line and released the fibre line , Afrihost have been struggling to gain access after numerous calls to afrihost and ticket numbers from Vumatel nothing has been done , I have tried calling Vumatel Left messages for call me backs and still have no internet 6 Days later !

06 Jun 2024, 17:07This is disgusting service , we had technicians at our house and all we need is an Object number apparently , I was told by an agent this morning that problem would be resolved today , I have to wait 10 Minutes on a cell call just to speak to someone ! this issue has gone on since friday last week , How can you consider yourselves a caring business when I just get empty promises ! I am fuming and losing money as I cannot work without Internet !
