Vumatel - Pathetic

<p>To contact Vumatel is the most disturbing and frustrating process. I was shunted through 6 departments disconnected and had the phone put down before i even got to Accounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have continouslys submitted through proofs of payments and no body comes back to us or rectifies the account.</p> <p> </p> <p>No such thing as customer service even didnt get ethernet cable on installation however demand money that has already been paid.</p> <p>Just all round pathetic</p>
