VUMATEL OWES ME R395

I would like to report of an over payment of R395.00 that was made to Vumatel/Supersonic via Easypay on 18 December 2020.

One of the Supersonic agents had misinformed me on 18 December 2020 to make this manual payment, however, it was not necessary as there was already a debit order in force for R394.99.

The case number with Supersonic is: CAS-335957-X6F9T6 SC

Several attempts to obtain a refund from Vumatel had been futile

I have a copy of the following:

(1) Absa bank statement confirming the payment of R395

(2) Easy pay reference

(3) Easy pay proof of payment to Vumatel

Trusting that this matter would be speedily resolved via this platform
