Vumatel outage in mayberry park

You dont notify your customers of a planned maintenance slot we have been without internet the whole day and possibly only getting it up on Thursday as per vox , do you have any idea that we also have a business to run??? You are pathetic!!! If u at least sent out comms we would of been prepared but NO just go and switch off or move equipment like u want...
