Vumatel outage for 6 days, completely ignored

Vumatel fibre connection has been down in Observatory Cape Town since Saturday 9 July 2022. Nobody has attended to it. You can't even contact Vumatel, they discontinued their call center, I suppose if there is no way to receive the complaints you can pretend that there aren't any. Every day I call my service provider and every day they go onto the Vumatel site and update the ticket there, and every day Vumatel ignores it. You people suck! What kind of service do you provide?
