Vumatel not willing to activate my line

I'm having such a horrible experience with Vumatel who wont activate my line. I'm in the process of changing ISPs, moving from Webafrica to Vox who have done their part in installing the router. They have advised me that Vumatel is the one that is not doing their part. I haven't had internet for 3 weeks an have run out of patience as I'm spending money to buy gigs every second day. Vox has logged a ticket with Vumatel but there's no action on their side. They've been following up almost everyday. I tried to do my own follow-up by using their call back online facility. The agent called back and asked for a ticket number which I didn't have at a time. I told her to call back as I need to get the number from Vox. She promised that she will and not surprisingly she did not. This my last attempt try and get to act. I'll never bother them again.
