Vumatel not to be trusted

Early August 2023 vumatel came to install the wifi at my parents house, our gates are always locked 🔒 I was with my mother, I then opened for them to install after they left a pair Adidas sneakers were missing from the washing line, I reported the matter and was promised that they will come and investigate the issue and let me know the results. This is My 4th if not 5th review but no one has came to my home or any compensation. I trusted vumatel but I will never refer anyone or recommend vumatel to anyone
