Vumatel not so Vuma

Lacking to no fiber internet connection since 9am this morning. It is now 9pm. Despite paying for a 100mb connection I am not able to connect to essential websites or connect at all for the whole day. I'm feeling bul**** into paying for services that I'm not getting and frustrated about losing work because of Vumatel's lack of service delivery. I might consider alternative internet connections... so sad
