Vumatel not resolving queries or respond
They are quick with flyers and people visiting your area to get sales. No you joined them and have issues but they work via another ISP. They do not respond to the tickets log when there is fault. They close the ticket without checking if problem is resolved. Vumatel is focusing on getting your money and not customer service.

When the system is up I am glad with their service, when theres an issue its a bad experience but this was the 1st bad experience I had from being with them more than a year. Let's hope that there is lesser faults continuing with them.
