Vumatel not reliable. They dont even send someone to check fault

I haven’t had internet the whole week. They keep blaming the service provider. But the service provider has been to my house 4 times already and changed their box. No one from Vumatel called me since my service provider escalated. I’m working from home and data is expensive.
