Vumatel not reconfiguring my ONT in a timely matter.
Horrible experience with Vumatel. My ONT box reset itself and I have no idea why. My ISP and I have been struggling to get Vuma to reconfigure my ONT and nothing comes from it. My line is 2 years old and they treat me like I am not even a customer.

28 May 2021, 08:09Provisioning is still not done after 48h. All they have to do is fix my ONT service light being off. This is what happens when they give you unreliable equipment.
